වර්තමාන තත්ත්වය/ The current state

අප පාසලේ වර්තමාන තත්වය පිළිබඳ කතාකිරීමේදී ශිෂ්‍ය සාධන මට්ටම් පිළිබඳ කතා කළ යුතුවම ඇත. මන්ද අවුරුදු දෙකකට වැඩි කාලයක් පුරාවට සිසුන් පාසල් නොපැමිණීම හා මාර්ගගත ඉගැන්වීමේ ක්‍රම යටතේ ඉගෙනීම සිදු කිරීමත් නිසා ඔවුන් අධ්‍යාපනය නිසි අයුරින් ලබා නොමැති බව මෙවර වාර පරීක්ෂණ ලකුණු වලින් නිරීක්ෂණය වී ඇත.

When talking about the current state of our school, we must talk about student achievement levels. Because the students have not attended school for more than two years and have been learning under online teaching methods, it has been observed from the results of this term's examination that they have not received their education properly.

ඔවුන්ගේ මෙවර වාර පරීක්ෂණ ලකුණු පෙර වර්ෂවලදී ලබා ගත් වාර පරීක්ෂණ ලකුණු මට්ටම් සමඟ සැසඳීමේ දී පහළ මට්ටමක පැවතීමෙන් මේ බව පෙනී යයි. මේ හේතුවෙන් පාසලේ ඉගෙනුම් ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියවලිය ඉතා ශක්තිමත් අයුරින් ක්‍රියාත්මක කරවීමට කටයුතු කළයුතුව ඇත.

This is evident from the fact that their term test scores this year are lower compared to the levels of the term test scores obtained in previous years. Due to this, the learning and teaching process of the school should be implemented in a very strong manner.

නිවාඩුවකට පසු පැමිණෙන අතළොස්සක් ගුරුවරුන් තම රාජකාරිය පැහැර හරිමින් සිටින බව පෙනී යයි. අප පාසලේ පසුගිය වර්ෂවල දී විෂයය සමගාමී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සිදු කිරීම සඳහා ලැබූ අවස්ථාවන් අවම වීම නිසා විෂය සමගාමී ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ කඩා වැටීමක් දක්නට ඇත.

It turns out that a handful of teachers who come after a vacation are neglecting their duties. In the past years in our school, there has been a collapse in the field of co-curricular activities due to the reduction of opportunities for co-curricular activities.

මේ වන විට පාසලේ භෞතික සම්පත් අර්බුදයකට මුහුණ දී ඇත.පාසල සතුව පවතින හය හත ශ්‍රේණි තෙමහල් ගොඩනැගිල්ල භාවිතයට ගත නොහැකි මට්ටමින් අබලන්ව පවතින නිසා පන්ති කාමර දාහතරක් සඳහා ඉඩකඩ නොමැති වී සිසුන් දැඩි අපහසුතාවයකට පත්ව ඇත.

Currently, the school is faced with a crisis of physical resources. The school's six-seven-grade three-storied building is unusable and there is no space for fourteen classrooms, and the students are in great difficulty.

එම ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ සඳහා අදධ්‍යාපන  දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව මුදල් වෙන්කර තිබුණ ද රටේ පවතින තත්වයන් හමුවේ එහි කටයුතු ආරම්භ කිරීමට නොහැකි වී ඇත. තවද නීලම්මහර ප්‍රාථමික පාසලට යාබදව පවතින පාසල් පිට්ටනියේ අයිතිය තහවුරු පිළිබඳ ගැටළුවක් පැන නැගී ඇති අතර ඒ සඳහා ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය හා සාකච්ඡා සිදු කරමින් විසඳුම් ලබා ගැනීමට කටයුතු කරමින් පවතින බව පෙන්වා දිය හැක.

Although the Department of Education has allocated money for the renovation of the building, it has not been able to start its work due to the current conditions in the country. Also, it can be pointed out that a problem has arisen regarding the confirmation of the right of the school ground adjacent to the Neelammahara Primary School, and for this, it can be pointed out that discussions are being held with the Divisional Secretariat and efforts are being made to find solutions.
