වර්තමානයේ පාසල් ගම්න් කරන දිශාව/ The current direction of school

 

වර්තමානයේ දී අප පාසලේ විදුහල්පතිතුමිය,නියොජ් විදුහල්පතිනියන් තිදෙනෙකු සහ සහකාර විදුහල්පතිනියන් තිදෙනෙකු සමන්විත කළමනාකරණ මණ්ඩලයකගේ අධීක්ෂණය යටතේ පාලනය වේ. ගුරුවරුන් 143 දෙනෙකු ඉගැන්වීම් කටයුතුවල යෙදෙන අතර අනධ්‍යයන කාර්යමණ්ඩලයේ සේවකයන් සංඛ්‍යාව නවයකි.

At present, our school is managed under the supervision of a management board consisting of the principal, three deputy principals and three assistant principals. 143 teachers are engaged in teaching activities and the number of non-teaching staff is nine.

අප පාසලේ ප්‍රතිඵල පිළිබඳ මූලිකව ම අපගේ අවධානය යොමු කරමු. 2017 වර්ෂයේ සිට 2021වර්ෂය දක්වා වූ ශිෂත්ව ප්‍රතිඵල පිළිබඳ විමසීමේ දී අනුපිළිවෙලිනළින් 11.7% ,16.7%,17%,17.5% හා 17.9% ලෙස වර්ධනය වී ඇත.

අ.පො.ස සා/පෙල ප්‍රතිඵල 2016 වර්ෂයේ සිට 2020 වර්ෂය දක්වා අනුපිලිවලින් 91%,91%,93%,90% හා 92.1% ලෙස ලබාගෙන ඇත.

We focus primarily on school results. In the inquiry about scholarship results from 2017 to 2021, it has grown as 11.7%, 16.7%, 17%, 17.5% and 17.9% respectively.

GCE C/PEL results from the year 2016 to the year 2020 have been obtained as 91%, 91%, 93%, 90% and 92.1% of the results.

තවද අ.පො.ස උසස් පෙල 2016 වර්ෂයේ සිට 2020 වර්ෂය දක්වා කලා අංශයේ ප්‍රතිපල 60% ,62%, 67%,69% හා 72% ලෙස වර්ධනය වී ඇති අතර වාණිජ අංශය ද 65%, 67% ,60%, 69% හා සිට 70% ලෙස අනුපිලිවලින් වර්ෂ වලදී ලබා තිබුනද විද්‍යාලයේ විද්‍යා අංශයේ ප්‍රතිඵල පසුගිය අවුරුදුවල කිසිදු වර්ධනයක් නොපෙන්වන ලදී .

Also, from the year 2016 to the year 2020, the results of the G.E.C. Advanced Level Arts Division have grown to 60%, 62%, 67%, 69% and 72%, and the Commerce Division has also grown to 65%, 67%, 60%, 69%. Although 70% of the results were obtained in the years since then, the results of the science department of the college did not show any growth in the last years.

අප පාසල  2017 වර්ෂයේ සිට 2020 වර්ෂය දක්වා වූ පාසල් ගුණාත්මක ඇගයීම් දර්ශකයක් ලෙස 69.1%,65.87%,70.37% හා 68.5%  උපයාගෙන ඇත. මෙම දර්ශකය තුළ ශිෂ්‍ය සාධනය, ඉගෙනීම ඉගැන්වීම හා ඇගයීම, විධිමත් විෂයමාලා කළමනාකරණය,විෂය සමගාමී කටයුතු,  ශිෂ්‍ය සුබ සුභසාධනය, නායකත්ව හා කළමනාකරණයය, භෞතික සම්පත් කළමනාකරණය හා පාසල හා ප්‍රජාව යන ශේත්‍ර 8ක සාමාන්‍ය ලෙස ගණනය කර ඇත.

Our school has earned 69.1%, 65.87%, 70.37% and 68.5% as a school quality evaluation index from 2017 to 2020. In this index, student achievement, learning, teaching and assessment, formal curriculum management, co-curricular activities, student welfare, leadership and management, physical resource management and school and community are averaged in 8 areas.

එලෙසම 2001 වර්ෂයේදී කොවිඩ් වසංගත තත්වය හේතුවෙන් මෙම දර්ශකය ගණනය කිරීමට නොහැකිවිය. 2022 වර්ෂයට පෙර වර්ෂවලදී පැවති තත්ත්වයට වඩා සතුටුදායක මට්ටමක පවත්වා ගැනීමට සියලු අධ්‍යයන හා අනධ්‍යයන කාර්යමණ්ඩලයේ ඇප කැපවී කටයුතු සිදුකරමින් සිටින බව පැවසිය හැක.

Likewise, in 2001, this index could not be calculated due to the Covid epidemic situation. It can be said that all the academic and non-academic staff are committed to maintain the situation at a more satisfactory level than the previous years before 2022.
