අප යා යුත්තේ කොතැනට ද? අපේක්ෂිත ප්‍රතිඵල ළඟා කර ගන්නේ කවදාද? Where should we go? When will the desired results to be achieved?

2022 වර්ෂයේ අවසන් වන විට අප පාසලේ ශිෂ්‍ය සාධනය නැවතත් තිබූ මට්ටමට වඩා ඉහළ මට්ටමකට ගෙන ඒම සඳහා කටයුතු සිදු කළ යුතුව ඇත. එනම් ශිෂ්‍යත්ව  ප්‍රතිඵල අ.පො.ස. සා/පෙළ ප්‍රතිඵල හා අ.පො.ස උසස් පෙළ ප්‍රතිඵල ලබා ගැනීමට කටයුතු කළ යුතුව ඇත. තවද ගුරුභවතුන්ගේ ඉගෙනුම් ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියාවලිය සංවර්ධනය කිරීම සඳහා වැඩසටහන් සම්පාදනය කළ යුතුව ඇත.

By the end of the year 2022, we have to make efforts to bring the student achievement of the school back to a higher level than it was. That is the scholarship results G.E.C. Arrangements should be made to obtain the S/P results and G.E.C. Advanced level results. And programs should be compiled to develop the learning and teaching process of teachers.

පාසලේ භෞතික සම්පත් සම්බන්දයෙන් සැළකීමේදී අබලන්වූ ගොඩනැගිල්ල සඳහා නව ගොඩනැගිල්ලක් හෝ එම ගොඩනැගිල්ල ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණය කිරීමට හෝ හැකි ඉක්මනින් පියවර ගැනීමට යැයි පවසා නැවතත් පළාත් අධ්‍යාපන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව 

අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශයට ඉල්ලීම් සිදු කළ යුතුව ඇත.

Regarding the physical resources of the school, the provincial education department again said to build a new building for the dilapidated building or to renovate the building or to take steps as soon as possible.

පාසලේ බිඳවැටුණු ක්‍රීඩා පුහුණුවීම් නැවතත් පටන් ගත යුතුව ඇත. මේ වන විට පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය කොට්ඨාස මට්ටමේ තරග සඳහා පාසල් ක්‍රීඩා භාර ගුරුතුමිය කැපවීමෙන් දරුවන් තෝරා ගැනීම සිදු කරන අතර ඔවුනට මනා පුහුණුවීම් ලබාදීමට කටයුතු කරමින් සිටින බවද අප පාසල කොට්ඨාස මට්ටමින් 2020 වර්ෂයේ දී ජයග්‍රහණය පහළොවක් පමණ ලබා ගත් අතර එම ජයග්‍රහණ ප්‍රමාණයට වඩා වැඩි ජයග්‍රහණ ප්‍රමාණයක් ලබා දීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන්නෙමු.

The school's interrupted sports practice has to be resumed. For the divisional level competitions to be held at present, the school sports teacher is dedicatedly selecting the children and is working to provide them with good training. Our school has achieved fifteen victories in the year 2020 at the divisional level and we want to give more victories than that. Let's hope.

එලෙසම අධ්‍යයන හා අනධ්‍යයන කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයේ මණ්ඩලයේ කාර්යක්ෂමතාවය වැඩි කිරීම සඳහා වැඩසටහන් සම්පාදනය කිරීම තුළින් ඔවුන්ව පාසලේ ඵලදායිතාව ඇති කර ගැනීම සඳහා පොළඹවා ගැනීමට කටයුතු සැලසුම් කළ යුතුව ඇත. පාසලේ සිසුන්ගේ හා ගුරුවරුන්ගේ ප්‍රමාද වී පැමිණි මේ ගැටලුව විසඳා ගැනීමට කඩිනමින් කටයුතු කළයුතුව ඇත. මේ සඳහා දැනට රටේ පවතින තත්වය හේතුවෙන් පාසලක් ලෙස ඔවුන් ගෙන්වා ගැනීමට කටයුතු සූදානම් කළ යුතුව ඇත. මෙම දෙවන වාරයේ තුළ දී මෙම ගැටලුව සඳහා විසඳුම් ලබාගැනීමට කටයුතු සූදානම් කර ඇත.

n the same way, programs should be designed to increase the efficiency of the academic and non-academic staff to motivate them to be more productive in the school. Actions should be taken urgently to solve this late problem of the students and teachers of the school. For this, due to the current situation in the country, arrangements should be made to bring them as a school. Arrangements have been made to solve this problem in the second term.
